Graham Wilson founded the business in 1990 and through his commitment to craftsmanship and traditional building methods, the company has grown to become one of the most sought-after firms in the North West.

My role is to work with clients and/or architects to help turn their vision into reality. This involves project managing, detailed costings and of course making sure everything stays on track.”
Steven is part of the team that transforms old buildings or creates new properties using traditional building techniques, he is able to turn his hand to most trades to help out when the pressure is on to meet the deadlines.
Says Steven: “The best part of my job is having the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects. Sometimes we are renovating Grade I or II listed buildings using traditional materials, other times we are working on modern buildings. In every project we take pride in our work and everyone on the team delivers a very high standard of workmanship.”
When a project is in full flow, Ross looks after the site and ensures that everyone has the materials they need on hand to get the job done. He also assists the tradespeople as required.

Jason’s role is to ensure that all joinery works are meticulously carried out and to oversee the smooth running of the site while a project is in progress. His skill set is outstanding along with his commitment to the company and current job in hand he is managing.

Allan is an exceptionally skilled joiner who can turn his and to any joinery challenge. He also helps other tradespeople on the site when they need an extra pair of hands.

Bob is the General Foreman at the company. His role is to plan and organise the work schedule for the team which allows Graham to focus on new business and liaise with clients and architects.

Lee is part of the building team and carries out general site work across all projects.

Joiner / Bench Joiner
Alex plays a key part in the company being able to turn his hand to bench joinery as and when required, and has worked on many different projects from new builds to specialist Grade II listed houses requiring traditional bespoke joinery techniques.
Says Alex: “I love the variety of projects we work on. The older properties allow us to use materials and techniques we’d never get to experience in a different kind of firm.”
General Builder / Plant Operator
Howard is also part of the general building team that renovates older buildings and turns them back to their former glory, he also operates our site plant and machinery when required.
